ANO DPO "PSB Academy"

ANO DPO "PSB Academy" is the corporate university of the main bank of the military-industrial complex of Promsvyazbank PJSC.

The main prerequisites for the creation of a corporate university were the need to develop the business and professional competencies of managers and key specialists and strengthen the status of the Support Bank for the defense industry through the implementation of educational programs and events for defense industry enterprises and the chain of cooperation of the State Defense Order, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and other partners of the Bank.

The PSB Academy was registered on August 19, 2021, and in May 2022 it already received a license to carry out educational activities in the field of additional professional education.

The main goal of the corporate university is to provide educational services to employees of defense industry enterprises and the chain of cooperation of the State Defense Order and other key client segments of Promsvyazbank (PSB) and services in the field of additional professional education, to promote the acquisition of knowledge and improve the business and professional competencies of managers and specialists, including managerial reserve of PJSC Promsvyazbank, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

The PSB Academy is actively developing directions in the field of implementing educational products for enterprises in the chain of cooperation between the state defense order and the defense industry, financial literacy events and products, a small business course (SMB) for military personnel leaving the reserve, military pensioners, reserve officers, family members of military personnel and employees of others. law enforcement agencies and the implementation of corporate training programs.
